Job summary

Therapitas is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City. We provide interpreter support, so Spanish fluency is a plus but not required. We’ll offer Spanish lessons or send you to Antigua, Guatemala for SIP immersion.

You’ll evaluate and treat pediatric patients, collaborate with a supportive team, and supervise OTAs and OT students. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a competitive salary and a signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to obtain.
• New grads and upcoming board exam candidates welcome.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Strong work ethic and a team‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Provide skilled intervention to support fine and visual motor skills, sensory processing challenges, executive functioning, and overall functional independence.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical presentation.
• Document services in our EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family‑centered care.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy students.
