Job summary

Therapitas LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will implement OT plans, support fine motor and sensory skills, and help children participate in daily activities.

We offer interpreter support, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a collaborative environment with OTs, PTs, SLPs. Spanish fluency is a plus but not required; compensation ranges from $45k to $57k annually.

Qualifications

• OTA degree from an accredited program.
• Oklahoma OTA license or eligibility to obtain.
• New grads welcome.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Provide skilled intervention to support fine/visual motor skills, sensory processing challenges, ADL participation, and overall functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs to enhance progress.
• Document services in our EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistant students.
