Job summary

THERAPY 2000 in Keller, TX is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist/Assistant for home-based care. You will evaluate, plan, and implement pediatric OT services, coordinating with families and other therapists to support children in reaching developmental goals.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time arrangements with strong emphasis on patient-centered outcomes and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric OT experience.
• Experience in home-health settings.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or related specialties.
• Flexible, reliable and innovative in approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers within the patient’s network.
• Complete patient charts, progress notes, and logs on time.
• Engage with agency staff to align expectations and standards.
• Ensure all duties comply with agency policies, ethics, and laws.
