Job summary

Care First Rehab in Cary, NC is seeking a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our home-based care team. You will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify developmental delays and create individualized, play-based and sensory-integrated treatment plans that empower children and families.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (SLP/PT) to deliver holistic care, educate caregivers, and document progress with a therapist-led leadership staff.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification as Occupational Therapist.
• Active state license to practice OT.
• Experience with child development milestones; home health preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify developmental delays and functional needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using play-based therapy and sensory integration.
• Educate and empower parents/caregivers with home strategies.
• Collaborate with early intervention specialists and broader care team for optimal outcomes.
