Job summary

GREEN APPLE LLC seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or COTA to support families in Keller, NRH, and Richland Hills. This role serves the Fort Worth division with home-based pediatric therapy, including evaluations, treatment planning, and caregiver education.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists, complete required visits, and ensure charts and logs are up to date while adhering to agency policies and ethics.

Qualifications

• Current/active Texas Occupational Therapy license.
• Willingness to work in home-based pediatric settings.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregiver partnership.
• Coordinate care with other providers in the patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Maintain charts, progress summaries, logs, and paperwork on time.
