Job summary
GREEN APPLE LLC is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to serve families in the Rowlett area. This home-based role can be PRN or part-time and supports our Rowlett, TX division.
You will perform comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans aligned with physician orders, while collaborating with caregivers to develop home exercise programs. The position emphasizes coordination with medical teams, meeting weekly visit targets, and maintaining timely documentation in a home-health
Qualifications
- Current/active Texas OT license.
- Innovative spirit with reliability.
- Flexibility to shift resources/priorities as needed.
- Ability to use common workplace tech (laptop, phone, email, browser).
- Bonus: pediatric OT experience or bilingual (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
- Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
- Meet weekly patient visit targets and complete chart updates and documentation.
- Maintain understanding of agency expectations and quality patient care standards.
- Comply with all agency policies, procedures and applicable laws.
