Job summary

GREEN APPLE LLC in Garland, TX seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to serve families in the Garland Area. The position is home-based and can be PRN, part-time, or full-time, covering pediatric patients in the DFW division.

You will conduct comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, and create home exercise programs with caregivers, while coordinating care with other providers and ensuring compliant charting and documentation.

• Current/active Texas OT license.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Meet a weekly minimum of patient visits and necessary documentation.
• Ensure timely chart updates, progress summaries, and logs.
