Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or
• Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or
• Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or equivalent educ/experience
• Coursework/Training Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need. Or equivalent educ/experience
• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities.
• Take into account individual patient's physical or age-related needs and promote independence.
• Provide professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence.
• Work within Providence Clinical Network to support patient-centered care in Oregon.
