Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• WA Occupational Therapist License is required on hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association is required on hire.
• Pediatric rehabilitation experience is preferred; new graduates with relevant intern experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide medically prescribed OT therapy using established OT theory and skills.
• Deliver patient-centered, whole-person care alongside Providence team.
