Job summary

Therapy Smarts, Inc. is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our pediatric outpatient team in Durham and Chapel Hill. This full-time role requires pediatric experience, a North Carolina OT license, and a collaborative, team-based approach. Telehealth exposure is encouraged in a fast-paced, supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina license in Occupational Therapy is required.
• NC licensure in OT or COTA is required.
• Self-motivated and hardworking.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team-based atmosphere.
• Motivated to meet productivity targets and contribute to company growth.
• Solid work history and consistent attendance.
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate verbally and in documentation.
• Experience with or desire to learn Telehealth.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
