Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy tailored to each child’s needs.
• Collaborate across ABA, Speech, and Psychology to integrate care.
• Guide and support caregivers and staff in therapy goals.
• Participate in IEP development and implementation.
• Mentor OT students and support staff development.
