Job summary

HealthPro Pediatrics in Lakeland, FL is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for our pediatric clinic. Pay range is $45-$51 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K).

This role supports a collaborative team across ABA, outpatient pediatrics, early intervention and school-based therapy services. You will assess clients, develop individualized treatment plans, educate families, and document progress while advocating for access to community resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans to meet client goals and improve daily functioning.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with regulations.
• Advocate for clients and connect families with community resources and accommodations.
