We offer flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options. Candidates should have an accredited OT program, Texas OT license, NBCOT certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Texas OT license or eligibility.
• NBCOT certification (or in-process).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Help kids build confidence and independence by improving sensory, fine motor, and self-care skills.
• Design playful, personalized treatment plans that make therapy fun and effective.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and the therapy team to celebrate milestones.
• Share home activities and tips to extend progress outside sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
