The role offers a sign-on bonus of $2,500 and a flexible schedule that can adapt to 5 days, 4x10s, or 3x10-12s, with on-site collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Texas State license in Occupational Therapy (OT) required.
• Master's or Doctorate in OT required; bachelor's degree acceptable only if transitioning to accreditation.
• Experience in pediatric OT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess children's motor, sensory, and functional abilities to develop therapy plans.
• Deliver targeted pediatric OT interventions to support developmental goals.
• Collaborate with families and other specialists to create a supportive environment for each child.
