The role offers a sign-on bonus of $2,500 and a flexible schedule that can adapt to 5 days, 4x10s, or 3x10-12s, with on-site collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Texas State license in Occupational Therapy (OT) required.
• Master's or Doctorate in OT required; bachelor's degree acceptable only if transitioning to accreditation.

Job Details

Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional five day/8 hours; can do four 10 hour days or even three 10-12 hour days) On-site cross-discipline mentorship between Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy Collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, offering support in challenging behavior scenarios Flexible scheduling to allow for personal time and focus Diverse patient population for expanded treatment options
