Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for Early Intervention and Pediatrics in Delaware. You will provide therapy in homes and community settings, coaching families to support developmental progress and using electronic documentation for each visit.

We offer flexible scheduling, part-time or per diem opportunities, and a supportive clinical team with orientation and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
