Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure and CPR certification.
• Experience in pediatric/home health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide pediatric occupational therapy in home health settings.
• Direct patients and caregivers in therapy tasks to restore or improve function.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain patient progress records and discharge planning.
