KidsCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric therapy in clients' homes across Texas. You will evaluate, treat, and educate families to promote independence and safe daily activities.

This role emphasizes work-life balance, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a therapist-led, ethically centered team. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, a current state license, CPR certification, and pediatric/home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct pediatric occupational therapy in the home health setting.
• Direct patients and caregivers in selected tasks to restore or enhance performance.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
