ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to work with children from birth to 21 years old. You will deliver tailored OT services, collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and other specialists, and drive outcomes in a multi-disciplinary team.

The role emphasizes independent caseload management, professional growth, and flexible scheduling within a Monday–Friday framework. Excellent patient care and a holistic approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an OT.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• A desire for continuous learning and growth.
• Pediatrics experience preferred.
• High communication level, self-control, and ability to work well with others.
• Willingness to collaborate with other divisions for a holistic approach to therapies offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy sessions tailored to children from birth to 21 years old.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
