Job summary

Cole Health in Humble, TX is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist specializing in pediatrics to join our growing team. The role offers flexible scheduling (five days, 8 hours; four 10-hour days; or three 10-12 hour days) and competitive total compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) preferred.
• Texas State license in Occupational Therapy (OT) required.
• Master's or doctorate in OT required unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services to diverse patient populations.
• Maintain productive direct patient care within set productivity targets (26 of 40 hours).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
