Job summary

HealthPro Heritage, through HealthPro Pediatrics, is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient pediatrics/ABA clinic in Killeen, TX. The position offers flexible M–F scheduling with full-time or part-time options and competitive pay up to $55/hour plus a $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus.

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; ability to create and implement treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to lift and assist patients and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Provide pediatric OT services in a clinic-based setting.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (ABA + therapy).
Support kids and families in reaching meaningful milestones.
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
