Circle Creek Therapy in Auburn, WA is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric team. The role offers flexible scheduling and can be full-time or part-time, with a supportive, family-owned clinic culture that prioritizes clinician growth.

You will provide engaging therapy to help children gain independence, assist OT with planning and documentation, and collaborate with a fun interdisciplinary team. We support CE reimbursement and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Washington State.
• CPR certified.
• A team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to help children build independence and functional skills.
• Support Occupational Therapists with assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes for each child.
• Educate and empower families with strategies and home programs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress.
