Autism Care Partners (ACP) is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to address the functional needs of children in home, school, and community settings. You will evaluate clients, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and currently registered to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of MA.
• Experience working with children aged 2-21 years.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate clients to establish a plan of care.
• Conduct annual reevaluations.
• Develop long term goals and objectives as part of the plan of care for all clients and update at the end of each authorization period.
• Administer evidence-based therapy approaches.
• Implement client-centered treatment sessions that promote client ability to perform basic functions necessary for an everyday routine.
• Complete daily progress notes after client sessions which describe treatment given, progress observed, and patient response to treatment.
• Submits a discharge summary from therapy, as needed.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings
• Maintains communication with therapy team, parents/guardians, and billing department, as needed.
• Supervise, instruct, and provide feedback to COTA.
