Bliss Speech & Hearing Services in the Dallas area is seeking experienced pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our team. We value collaboration, flexibility, and growth while maintaining a caregiver-centered approach.

You will conduct pediatric evaluations, develop individualized goals, and provide engaging therapy sessions. Texas OT license and NBCOT certification are preferred, with a minimum of 2 years pediatric experience; we support professional development and a family-centered

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Texas is required or preferred.
• NBCOT certification is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with a variety of diagnoses and ages is beneficial.
• Organized, collaborative, and family-centered approach is valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions addressing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and play skills.
• Collaborate with families, speech-language pathologists, and other team members.
• Complete documentation, progress reports, and notes in a timely manner.
• Contribute ideas and foster a positive team culture.
