Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in OT with an active IL OTR license.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric OT experience.
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local visits within Evanston.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming therapy sessions across clinic, home and school environments.
• Partner closely with caregivers using a coaching model to support daily routines.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and monitor progress toward individualized goals.
• Collaborate with SLPs and PTs to provide holistic care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to improve practice.
