Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in New York state.
• Experience with early intervention and pediatric therapy.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for children aged 0-3 years.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinic and home-based OT services and adapt strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, speech and physical therapists for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and plans.
• Engage in staff meetings and professional development in early intervention.
