PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve children in the Early Intervention program, delivering services in home or center settings in New York. You will perform evaluations, track progress, and provide IFSP-guided OT therapy while collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals.

Applicants must hold an ACOTE-accredited degree (Bachelors or Masters), NBCOT registration, a valid OT license, and DOH approval.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBCOT certification/registration required.
• Valid OT license as required by the state.
• DOH approval to practice in the state.

Aufgaben

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to children in Early Intervention settings (home or center).
• Perform evaluations, track child progress, and document progress notes.
• Deliver OT services as mandated by the IFSP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators and other professionals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.
