Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver OT services to children in Early Intervention settings, including home or center visits. You will perform evaluations, monitor progress, and implement IFSP-driven therapies.

Collaborating closely with families, educators, and other professionals, you’ll document outcomes and ensure compliant service delivery across settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBCOT registration as required.
• Valid, unencumbered OT license per state requirements.
• DOH approval required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to children in Early Intervention settings (home or center).
• Perform evaluations and track child progress through progress notes.
• Deliver OT services as mandated in the IFSP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators and other professionals to support goals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes in the chart.
