Job summary

Eyas Landing, a leading pediatric therapy clinic in Chicago, IL, seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist Department Lead to oversee a team of therapists and deliver evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in our clinic, schools, and clients’ homes.

You will work with children with ASD, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, fostering sensory processing and motor development while guiding therapists, collaborating with other professionals, and documenting

Qualifications

• Pediatric occupational therapy expertise with a focus on evidence-based approaches.
• Experience working with children with neurodiverse needs (ASD, ADHD).
• Familiarity with DIR/Floortime and IRM considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized pediatric OT in clinic, school, and home settings.
• Oversee and mentor OT team, ensuring consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate daily with PTs, SLPs, and social workers to coordinate care.
