Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in Texas to deliver in-home pediatric therapy across South Austin and surrounding areas.

The role emphasizes independent caseload management, compassionate family education, and collaboration with a clinician-led team to support children’s daily functioning and developmental goals. Sign-on bonus offered and flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs)
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
