Job summary

Integrity Learning Center in Danville, Indiana is hiring a dynamic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for our Pediatric OT team. You will provide outpatient OT services under licensed OT supervision to children in a collaborative interdisciplinary program.

We seek passionate candidates who enjoy helping families with developmental disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role offers dedicated professional development and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Indiana COTA license.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Ability to work under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and enjoys working with children.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or Autism is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement OT treatment plans under supervising OT.
• Provide direct OT services to children under supervision.
• Help develop fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills.
• Collect data and monitor progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and team members.
• Prepare materials and support intervention plans.
• Educate families with home program activities as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation per requirements.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Demonstrate integrity and support a learner-focused environment.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative therapy setting.
