Waterfall Community Health Center on the Oregon Coast is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, benefitted role with a $5,000 signing bonus. You will evaluate and treat diverse pediatric and family caseloads, including autism spectrum disorders, within a mission-driven team.

The position emphasizes collaboration with schools and community providers, developing individualized treatment plans, and data-driven program improvements, with comprehensive benefits and a 6% 401K match.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Unrestricted Oregon OT license and NBCOT certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 1+ year pediatric healthcare experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trauma-informed care delivery and monitor quality.
• Develop and implement pediatric treatment plans (motor, sensory, ADLs).
• Collaborate with schools and clinics to coordinate services.
• Provide parent/guardian training and family support.
• Prepare reports and data to inform program decisions.
