Qualifications

• Ability to be credentialed with Medicaid, Medicare, private and other insurance.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• One or more years’ experience as Occupational Therapist, especially with Autism in a pediatric population.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery of trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
• Coordinate with Department Manager to maintain quality of cases.

Education

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

Unrestricted Oregon Occupational Therapy License

National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
