Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies in Oregon City is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our nonprofit clinic. We offer full-time and part-time OT positions, sign-on bonus, and a supportive, growth-oriented environment for clinicians at all levels.

Responsibilities include providing 1:1 therapy, developing play-based treatment plans, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring thorough documentation for insurance and licensing.

Qualifications

• 1:1 occupational therapy for children and teens (ages 0–21).
• Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary team.
• Offer home strategies and caregiver education to support skill development.
• Stay on top of documentation—our systems help keep it manageable.
