Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join a collaborative pediatric care team focused on empowering children to conquer their world. You will provide OT services to children birth to 21 in developmental daycare and outpatient settings.

Requires current Arkansas OT assistant license and NBCOT certification. Responsibilities include caseload management, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant license as approved by the Arkansas state licensing board.
• Current NBCOT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to children age 0-21 as prescribed by a physician.
• Schedule caseloads by contacting parents/guardians.
• Document therapy services with weekly progress notes and sign them.
• Collaborate with administration and other disciplines to ensure quality services.
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and ongoing professional development.
