Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to deliver pediatric OT services in developmental daycare and outpatient settings. You will work under an Occupational Therapist to support children ages 0–21, with emphasis on family collaboration and continuity of care.

The role involves therapy delivery, caseload management, and thorough documentation while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold current, unrestricted OTA license in Arkansas.
• Must hold NBCOT certification.
• Ability to work with children birth to 21 and their families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with documentation and reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT therapy services to children 0–21 years as prescribed by a physician.
• Schedule caseloads by contacting parents/guardians.
• Document therapy services and sign weekly progress notes.
• Update and submit efficiency reports weekly.
• Collaborate with pediatric team to ensure quality service.
