Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Currently licensed as a Texas COTA before start date.
• Preference for pediatric experience; new graduates encouraged.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services under the supervision of a licensed OT per treatment plans.
• Improve strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living activities.
• Educate families on techniques and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
