Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the states where you work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Meet productivity standards for the department.
• Maintain thorough and timely patient records and billing.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and providers about goals and progress.
• Participate in continuing education and quality improvement activities.
• Contribute to program development and marketing strategies for OT services.
