Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking an Orthotist/Prosthetist to provide age-appropriate orthotic and prosthetic care for inpatients and outpatients across locations. You will evaluate, design, and fit devices, perform follow-ups, and educate patients and families.

Minimum 1 year of clinical orthotics/prosthetics experience; Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics with a NCOPE-approved residency required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics; completion of a NCOPE-approved residency for graduates before 2014 may be required.
• 1 year of experience in clinical orthotics and/or prosthetics (may include residency).

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive orthotic and/or prosthetic patient care for newborns to young adults in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Develop detailed treatment plans, take measurements/impressions, design devices, evaluate fit and function, and educate patients.
• Perform follow-up care, adjust devices, and communicate changes with the care team.
