OP Specialty Bracing in Annapolis, MD seeks an Orthotic Fitter/Clinical Assistant to join our pediatric-focused team. No prior orthotic experience is required—we provide training.

The role blends patient care with device fitting and fabrication under supervision of a Certified Orthotist/Prosthetist. Ideal candidates have hands-on patient care interest, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of High School Degree required; Completion of some collegiate coursework preferred
• Experience in patient care and/or rehabilitation preferred
• COA certification highly preferred; CFO certification highly preferred

Aufgaben

• Assistance in guided evaluation of orthoses on patients to ensure fit, function, and quality
• Fitting, repairing and maintaining orthoses under guidance of Orthotist
• Take casts, obtain measurements, modify models, and perform scanning
• Use machinery for trimming, grinding, buffing orthotic devices
• Scribe notes using Nymbl/EHR Patient software
• Front Desk Coverage
• Perform other duties as needed based on clinic setting
