Gillette Children's in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a full-time pediatric orthopedic surgeon to provide comprehensive care for children and adolescents with complex musculoskeletal conditions. The role includes diagnosis, surgery, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

You will share call duties with other surgeons, participate in resident education, and may take on departmental administrative tasks.

Competenze

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical license.
• Board certified or board eligible in pediatric orthopedic surgery.
• Completion of a fellowship training program in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery.

Mansioni

• Provide surgical services in pediatric orthopedics per current practice.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for orthopedic patients.
• Consult with patients and families in Gillette Children's programs.
• Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers.
• Participate in development of clinical criteria for monitoring quality of care.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians to coordinate patient care.
• May assume administrative responsibilities within the orthopedics department.
• Pursue continuing education to maintain competency in surgical areas.
