Gillette Children's seeks a full-time pediatric orthopedic surgeon to join our St. Paul campus team.

You will care for children, adolescents, and young adults with complex musculoskeletal conditions, work within an interdisciplinary team, and participate in education and research initiatives. The position emphasizes clinical excellence, ongoing professional development through fellowships and teaching, and collaborative care planning across Gillette’s clinics, with opportunities for leadership

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in pediatric orthopedic surgery.
• Completion of a fellowship training program in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery.
• Eligibility for a Minnesota medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical services for pediatric orthopedic patients.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for orthopedic patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and execute patient care.
• Educate residents and participate in seminars and teaching.
• Engage in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• May assume administrative responsibilities within the orthopedics department.
