Job summary

OrthoVirginia, Inc. is seeking fellowship-trained pediatric orthopedic surgeons to join our Richmond, VA area practice. The successful candidate will work with specialists in general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and trauma in a 100% outpatient setting and have a direct pathway toward shareholding.

We offer a competitive compensation range of $275,000–$325,000 plus incentives, a partnership track, excellent benefits, PTO, and a collegial team across multiple Virginia locations.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery.
• Active/eligibility for Virginia state licensure.
• Board Certification/Eligibility in orthopedics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with specialists in general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine and trauma.
• Participate in general orthopedic on-call coverage.
• Provide care in a 100% outpatient setting.
