Job summary

OrthoVirginia in Richmond, VA seeks a fellowship-trained Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join a large, multi-location orthopedic practice. The role offers board-eligible/certified surgeons a path to shareholding and potential involvement in imaging and physical therapy services.

You will work with specialists across general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and trauma, primarily in a 100% outpatient setting with strong collaborative care and a focus on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required with board eligibility or certification in orthopedics.
• Strong background in foot and ankle surgery with ability to manage general orthopedic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgical services in a high-volume orthopedic practice.
• Work alongside specialists in general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and trauma.
• Participate in general orthopedic call and contribute to patient care across outpatient and surgical settings.
• Engage in partnership-track opportunities and potential ancillary revenue activities such as imaging and therapy.
