OrthoVirginia, Inc. is seeking fellowship-trained pediatric orthopedic surgeons to join our Richmond, VA area practice. The successful candidate will work with specialists in general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and trauma in a 100% outpatient setting and have a direct pathway toward shareholding.
We offer a competitive compensation range of $275,000–$325,000 plus incentives, a partnership track, excellent benefits, PTO, and a collegial team across multiple Virginia locations.

Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon OrthoVirginia, the premier orthopedic/musculoskeletal practice in Virginia, has opportunities for fellowship-trained, board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeons to join our practice in the Richmond, VA areas.
About OrthoVirginia: OrthoVirginia is the premier orthopedic practice in the state of Virginia. We have specialists in physiatry, general orthopedics, joint replacement, spine surgery, sports medicine, hand and foot & ankle surgery, rheumatology, sports medicine-trained primary care physicians, and physical and occupational therapy. We also have MRI, injection suites, after-hours clinics, surgery centers, and expanded therapy services.
The successful candidate will work alongside specialists in general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and orthopedic trauma. Our practice offers a direct pathway to becoming a shareholding physician and the potential for participation in ancillary revenues such as imaging and physical therapy. This is a private practice/partnership track opportunity. As such, candidates should be prepared to participate in general orthopedic call.

Compensation Range for this position: $275,000 - $325,000
