Job summary

NOVA Pediatric Orthopaedics in Northern Virginia is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained pediatric orthopaedic surgeon with an interest in building the practice of their dreams. The successful candidate will join a thriving private practice with a long-tenured partner, a sports medicine pediatrician, and specialists.

The new surgeon will have clinical autonomy within a collaborative team and a path to partnership.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited orthopaedic surgery residency.
• Completion of a fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized surgical and non-surgical care for pediatric orthopaedic patients.
• Opportunity to participate in the general pediatric orthopaedic call rotation at Inova Children’s Hospital, a Level I trauma center.

NOVA Pediatric Orthopaedics is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained pediatric orthopaedic surgeon with an interest in building the practice of their dreams.

The successful candidate will join a thriving private practice that already includes the longest-tenured pediatric orthopaedist in Northern Virginia, a sports medicine pediatrician, two APPs, and a concussion specialist. We just moved into a state-of-the-art, 8,100-square-foot office that includes 1,100 square feet of physical therapy space. The practice provides an environment that balances clinical autonomy with a collaborative team approach. This role is designed for a surgeon who wishes to build a robust pediatric orthopaedic practice in one of the fastest-growing areas on the East Coast.
