Job summary

Children's Dental FunZone in West Covina, CA is seeking an Orthodontic Financial Coordinator with at least 1 year of pediatric/orthodontic dental office management experience. You will manage dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans, and financing options to support treatment acceptance and timely collections.

The role requires familiarity with Care Credit/Lending Club, Dentrix Ascend, and a patient-focused, high-energy approach to work with children and families.

Qualifications

• MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
• Previous dental front office experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• An upbeat personality is a MUST.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clean, neat professional appearance.
• Bi-lingual Spanish desired.

Responsibilities

• Treatment planning.

• Familiar with electronic billing and billing knowledge.
• Able to meet monthly production/collection goals.
• Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a plus!
