A Dental Treatment Coordinator at Children’s Dental FunZone is a friendly, patient-focused professional who helps families confidently navigate their child’s dental care in a fun and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for clearly presenting and explaining treatment plans, supporting parents in understanding recommended care, and coordinating appointments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
In addition, the Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in dental sales by increasing case acceptance through education, trust-building, and effective communication. They help families understand the value of treatment options, review insurance and financial arrangements, and guide decisions that support optimal oral health outcomes. By combining clinical coordination with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and case acceptance, this role helps ensure both excellent care and a positive experience for every family.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday with some Saturday shifts. Closed on Sundays.
Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00/hour + Bonuses
