Responsibilities

• Scheduling: input data for scheduling and registration, including demographics and notes.
• Document in account notes and ensure single medical record number per patient.
• Coordinate with physicians and nurses; confirm schedules daily.
• Customer focus: greet patients professionally and address special needs.
• Support department operations and assist in disaster events as needed.
