The successful candidate will hold an RN license, have 0-3 years of patient care experience, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork while upholding OU Health's commitment to patient-first care and inclusive excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Experience: 0-3 years in patient care as a Registered Nurse.
• License/Certification: RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Aligns behaviors with OU Health values and maintains nursing professional practice standards.
• Assumes responsibility for an assigned patient or group of patients.
• Documents patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed treatments.
• Assists physician in examination and minor procedures.
• Monitors physiological data and intervenes as needed.
• Administers medications as prescribed.
• Initiates and monitors IV infusions and blood products.
• Delivers patient care safely and addresses patient complaints promptly.
